The data processing agreement governs how Zirko handles the personal data your business enters here — the data of your customers and of your employees. It is an annex to the terms and conditions.
You do not need it because Zirko insists on it, but because as the controller under Art. 28 GDPR you have to have a written contract with every service provider that processes data for you. In an audit somebody asks for it. That is the GDPR in the EEA; outside it the local data protection law applies — you need the contract everywhere.

Accepting
The button is called Accept the agreement. The consent applies to the whole business; version, day and time are stored as evidence.
Only the Office – Admin may accept. Every office role may read and download it.
The tab always shows you one of three states:
- Agreement accepted — with version and date.
- A newer version applies — you have accepted an older one, please accept the new one.
- No consent recorded yet — then in an audit you are missing the evidence.
Earlier consents are listed below as a history, each with a note saying whether they were given at registration or in the settings.
The two versions

The version for your business is the one that belongs in the folder. Open it and print it — Ctrl+P, on a Mac Cmd+P. In the print window you choose “Save as PDF”.
When the business version does not work
Then business details are missing. For the parties in the agreement Zirko needs: name of the business, street and house number, postcode, town and country. Zirko tells you exactly what is missing and takes you there.
Until then you can read the general version. It is no good for filing — an agreement without parties does not say who concluded it.
The details of the controller come from your business details. If you change the address there, this document changes too. A printed sheet holds today's state.
