Connecting Claude to Zirko

Add it as a custom connector in the browser or in the Claude app on your computer — then use it on your phone too.

On this page

Claude is Anthropic's AI assistant. Once connected, it works in Zirko with your permissions — what it may do and what never is explained in What AI assistants may do in Zirko.

First, in Zirko: AI assistants are allowed in your business (Settings → Company → AI assistants, Office – Admin only). Under How to connect your assistant, Copy address copies the address for your assistant.

The “AI assistants” tab in Settings: the “Allow AI assistants” switch is on, below it what an assistant may do and what never, then the address for your assistant with “Copy address” and the guides — No screenshot is available in this language yet.

Your Claude plan: according to Anthropic, connections of your own are available on every plan — Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. The free plan allows one, and Zirko does not need more than one. (Information from Anthropic, checked on 12 October 2026.)

How to connect Claude

In Claude, a connection to another program is called a connector. You set it up in the browser at claude.ai or in the Claude app for your computer (Claude Desktop).

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, click + Add and then Add custom connector.
  2. Enter Zirko as the name and the copied address as the remote MCP server URL. Click Continue.
  3. Claude shows you how signing in is supposed to work. Leave it the way Claude suggests — you do not need a key or an ID of your own; Claude signs in to Zirko by itself. Click Continue and, at the end, Add.
  4. Claude opens Zirko. Sign in, check the business and role, and choose Connect. If Zirko does not open by itself, click Connect next to Zirko in the list of connectors.
  5. Turn it on in the chat: click + at the bottom left, then Connectors, and switch Zirko on.

The consent page when Claude wants to connect to Zirko: where it is connecting from, who you are signed in as, which business it will work for and with which rights, and below that what an assistant may do and what never, with the “Decline” and “Connect” buttons — No screenshot is available in this language yet.

According to Anthropic, whatever you connected in the browser or on your computer is also available in Claude on your phone. The labels come from Anthropic's English help pages (as of 12 October 2026). If something is called differently for you, look for “connector”.

In Team and Enterprise, the Owner of your company account adds the connector for everyone under Organization settings → Connectors. You then find it under Customize → Connectors, usually labeled Custom, and click Connect — with your own Zirko sign-in, so that Claude works with your permissions.

Before it does anything final

Before a document is issued, sent or canceled, or a reminder goes out, Claude shows you the exact details in the chat — document, customer, amount, recipient. Only after your yes does Zirko carry it out. Read the details before you agree.

If it does not work

  • “AI assistants are switched off in …” — the admin has to allow them first. Then restart the connection in Claude.
  • “This request is no longer valid” — the request is only valid for a few minutes. Restart the connection in Claude.
  • Claude says the connection has been disconnected — connect it again. This happens when someone disconnected it or the admin switched assistants off.
  • Claude will not let you add another connector — the free plan allows only one connector of your own. If there is one already, remove it first.

Disconnect any time under My assistants → Disconnect, in the app under Profile → AI assistants. It takes effect immediately.

The “AI assistants” tab with a connected assistant: under “My assistants” Claude with where it connects from, since when and for which business, next to it “Disconnect”, below that “Connected in the business” and “What assistants have done in the business” with the entry “Connected” — No screenshot is available in this language yet.

For the tech-minded: Claude Code

Claude Code is a version of Claude for people who write software. You use it in the terminal, a window where you type commands. If you do not need that, you can skip this section.

One command adds Zirko: claude mcp add --transport http zirko ADDRESS — replace ADDRESS with the copied address. Then type /mcp in Claude Code, pick Zirko and sign in in the browser. According to Anthropic, Claude Code requires Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise or a Console account.

For anything final, Claude Code also asks you directly: before a document is issued or sent, for example, it opens a confirmation window with the details — this question goes to you, not to the model. If you say no there, nothing happens.
